if you want to start a good conversation you should learn to hear first.... 

try to understand what a person trying to tell us before we interrupt their idea..

if we trying to interrupt them before they finish their idea it can lead us to...?

misunderstanding or the worst fighting.....

some of people not gifted by fluency ... 

so we need to hear what exactly our friends words....

try to hear a reason....or the main point in the conversation...

i give u all a situations..

someone want to convince you about something... 

and before he/she finish to talk you jump to his/her words all of sudden..

i dont know maybe you make objection or whatever...

then he/she ends up with not telling to you the rest of the story....

while the main point / idea is in the rest of the story that she/he give ups to tell
